I asked Clayton Boyd, my staff photographer at The North Face, to set a branded look and feel for athlete portraits the company would use for campaigns. We created a strong recognizable look the brand continues to leverage in their marketing, social and PR purposes. This project spanned 3 years and we travelled around the US capturing not just the athletes but their bold personalities.
