This effect is hard to document in photos yet is really powerful when displayed in a room. The gold catches the available light and glows differently depending on where you’re standing.

The figure faces away from the viewer and engages with a swarm of skulls that are either engulfing or receding from the form. A halo of gold permeates around the body symbolizing the energy the human form possesses to attract or repel external forces. But with all my work, I try to leave it up to the viewer to interpret and always enjoying hearing what people think about the work.
